Important note about delivery

At the times of delivery, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, don't take delivery of product.

Important Information Required For Damage Replacement

After taking delivery of the product you must have to make video while opening the package and checking of the product, start video from package label and after checking product end video on package label. Video while opening of package is mandatory for replacement of product in case you get damage product.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are included in products

If order is less then Rs 600 A Extra delivery charge of Rs. 100 per invoice will be applied

Shipping

1. Bulbird products are shipped all across India.
2. Payment options for shopping online at Bulbird are Net banking, Credit/Debit Cards and UPI.
3. Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time

All the products will be put through a production process, therefore there will be a Handling Time on them.

Handling time: 1 – 3 Business days (Monday to Saturday)

Transit time: 1 – 4 Business days (Monday to Saturday)

1. The expected date of delivery for every order is provided on the shipping page. However, these timelines are subject to change as per the status of the third-party delivery partners.
2. Bulbird does not take responsibility for delayed deliveries caused by the delivery/courier/postal authorities, however, we assure you of effective assistance in tracking your order and other related services.
3. Once your order has been packed and shipped, an email with the order and tracking information will be sent to your registered email-id.

Delay Reasons:

The estimated delivery window provided by Bulbird reflects the most standard delivery. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by:

• Bad weather
• Flight delays
• National holidays or festivals
• Natural calamities
• Massive breakout of disease.
• Other unforeseen circumstances
